The Technical Writer is responsible for creating editing and improving technical documents and user guides to ensure clarity and accuracy for the intended audience.

What youll be doing:

• Writing and editing technical documentation including user guides and product manuals.
• Collaborating with engineers and project managers to understand products and processes.
• Researching and creating diagrams charts and visual aids to enhance understanding.
• Adjusting tone and terminology to meet the needs of different audiences.
• Managing documentation projects timelines and maintaining a spreadsheet of progress.
• Evaluating and improving existing content for clarity and effectiveness.

MustHave Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel Word Adobe Acrobat and Outlook; familiarity with Photoshop.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex data into clear concise text.
• Strong grammar and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on user experience and design improvements.
