Job Summary: The Clerk is responsible for performing administrative and office support tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling clerical duties maintaining records and providing assistance to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Greet visitors and provide information as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update filing systems both physical and electronic.
- Enter data into computer systems and databases accurately.
Customer Service:
- Assist customers or clients with inquiries and concerns.
- Provide support and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Graduation & computer knowledge; additional qualifications or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g. printers copiers)
