Schedule:

  • Fulltime
  • Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM(5:00 PM 2:00 AM Manila Time)
  • and Saturday through Wednesday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM(3:30 PM 12:30 AM Manila Time)

Job Description

As a Live Chat Support Agent you ll be the digital face of a leading online access equipment retailer. You ll engage with customers through a cuttingedge chat platform providing expert guidance on product selection and resolving queries. This role offers a unique blend of technical knowledge and customer service skills allowing you to showcase your expertise while contributing to the company s growth. You ll work in a fastpaced environment handling multiple conversations simultaneously and using AI tools to enhance your efficiency.


Responsibilities
  • Manage 12 customer chat conversations simultaneously ensuring prompt and accurate responses
  • Leverage website resources to provide detailed product information and recommendations
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to assist with complex inquiries and improve response times
  • Navigate the company s backoffice system to access order data and resolve customer issues
  • Handle email tickets using the company s ticketing system
  • Maintain exceptional written communication standards in English
  • Escalate complex queries to the inhouse team when necessary
  • Adapt to seasonal fluctuations in demand particularly during busy summer period


Requirements

  • Excellent written English skills with a keen eye for detail
  • 23 years of customer support experience preferably in ecommerce or retail
  • Proficiency in live chat platforms and ticketing systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations efficiently
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus
  • Cultural awareness and ability to communicate effectively with UK customers
  • Flexibility to work Wednesday through Sunday
  • Comfortable with seasonal fluctuations in workload
