Job Description

Basis: Full time

Main Duties:
- Issue Policies and assist with Insurance Claims
- Product Development and Business Development
- Sales Support and Client Relationship Management
- Customer Service Excellence
- Assist with statements and statistics
- Team Support
What skills do you need
- A minimum of three years work experience in the Insurance Industry
- Ability to handle various customer types
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills in English & Maltese
- Recognised Insurance Qualifications will be considered an asset
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
