Position: Data Entry Billing Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Data Entry Billing Clerk. In this role you will be responsible for accurately entering billing information into our system ensuring all invoices are processed promptly and correctly. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall billing process.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update information into company databases and systems
• Verify data accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed
• Follow data entry procedures and policies to ensure data integrity
• Communicate with team members to resolve any data issues or discrepancies
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data is properly saved and stored
• Adhere to data confidentiality and security standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role
• Excellent typing and data entry skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with data confidentiality and security protocols
