Key responsibilities

    We are searching for a new colleague to support projects regardingthe maintenance ofthe subcontractor portfolio on fiscal representation.

    The main focus of the role is to provide assistance in the KPMG Regulatory and Compliance teams structural consolidation projects and with the operation of the fiscal representation business.

    Tasks:

  • Drafting emails keeping track of deadlines drafting contracts
  • Liaison with stakeholders participating in meetings with stakeholders making meeting memos preparing presentations and handouts for the meetings
  • Participating in developing new flows processes and solutions;
  • Reconciling analyzing information collected; developing conclusions and suggestions on that basis
  • Coordinating surveys analyzing summarizing and evaluating responses
  • Assistance in analyzing fee arrangements with subcontractors and clients; reviewing costs of operation and subcontractors
  • Assistance with thirdparty checks performed by Risk Management including sanctions screening
  • Support in tracking risk requirements renewals and updates
  • Keeping track of bank guarantees expiry dates
    • Requirements:

    • Education: University/College degree
    • Language skills: Good written and spoken English
    • Good computer skills
    • Advanced knowledge in MS Word Excel
    • Excellent problemsolving skills
    • Creativity agility proactivity accuracy reliability
    • Excellent organization skills and effective communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills a strong focus of attention
    • Good followup skills
    • Project attitude
