Project Leader PLC/IT & Electric design:

The Job content is to lead & manage the installation projects within Casting & Machining:

PLC Safety and Industrial IT including HMI and SCADA.

Electric design

About the position:

Lead projects (Electrical design & PLC with safety)

You are responsible for leading your specialist area of EL/PLC and safety within our team.

Perform analyses of equipment (PLC) that affect parts of the process layout.

Perform or initiate safety reliability and cost analyses

Review the technical content of the documentation and ensure that it meets the agreed level.

You contribute to early development phases with your specialist knowledge.

Qualifications:

University degree in Mechatronics or (Electronics & control) or equivalent experience.

Project management skills (Familiar with the project work format)

Very good knowledge of electrical design & control technology as well as having experience in proposing and assessing solutions within the: technology time and cost.

High automation competence

Experience in industrial IT

Experience working with Siemens PLC. (Knowledge of the Siemens TIA portal is advantageous)

Knowledge of process equipment and industrial automation

Commission experience

Production experience

Fluent in English
