Job Summary:The Infrastructure Analyst will play a critical role in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure with a focus on cloud administration particularly AWS. The position requires deep knowledge in various IT domains including architecture infrastructure management operating systems databases applications networking and cloud technologies.Key Responsibilities:AWS Cloud Administration:Strong handson experience in managing AWS services including EC2 S3 RDS and VPC.Install configure manage and support AWS resources.Optimize AWS infrastructure for cost and performance efficiency.Monitor system performance using AWS CloudWatch and other tools.Server Management:Install configure and manage Windows and RHEL servers.Apply patches updates and security configurations to both Windows and RHEL systems.Perform inplace upgrades and ensure compatibility of applications with new OS versions.Troubleshoot issues and monitor system health on Windows and RHEL servers.System Performance:Perform preupgrade assessments including backups and system health checks.Resolve issues that arise during or after OS upgrades.Ensure systems are optimized for security and performance.Required Skills:At least 5 years of IT experience with a broad understanding of various IT areas.Minimum 3 years of handson experience in AWS Cloud Administration.Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure components (server storage network security data and applications).Experience in Windows and RHEL server management.Desired Skills:Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Selfmotivated and able to take ownership of issues with a sense of urgency.
