About The Role
• Providing support for EYLaw’s team in preparing, revising and finalizing legaldocuments (legal due diligence, legal advisory, various agreements,working papers, etc.);
• Participating inmeetings with client and / or taking any reports / memos from themeeting;
• Proactively contribute to the EYLaw’s team and ensure the comprehensive understandingwithin the team members.
