Warehouse Controller

The Warehouse Controller will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations ensuring efficient inventory management and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving storage and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct regular stock counts.
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers customers and transport companies to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Controller Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management software (WMS) and MS Office.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
