Product Manager

We are looking to hire a Product Manager for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven knowledge of the beverage industry more specifically towards tea and coffee extracts.
• 5 years of proven experience in technical or commercial development roles in tea/coffee extracts
• 3 years experience in international business development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Should be proficient in PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with company objectives and market needs. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning.
• Create and manage the product roadmap setting clear priorities and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with engineering design marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product enhancements and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee product development from concept through launch managing timelines budgets and resource allocation.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use datadriven insights to measure and report on product performance and success.
• Communicate product vision strategy and progress to stakeholders at all levels ensuring alignment and buyin.
