Assignment description
A strong candidate for the Solution Engineer position will have a profound understanding of the technologies for Microsoft 365 in general and SharePoint and One Drive in particular. This entails the scope of the technology its integrations dependencies and relations between different internal and external products Critical skills include advanced analytical capabilities to comprehend and address stakeholder requirements technical proficiency in developing and implementing robust solutions adeptness in maintaining comprehensive technical documentation and communicative skills including the ability to advise a nontechnical customer as well as detailed technical conversations with peers cross teams
The role demands continuous innovation and the proposal of functional and efficiency enhancements Moreover the individual must possess the ability to support a variety of operational needs ensuring the seamless functionality of the technology platforms and applications within the organizations ecosystem. In addition we believe that a good candidate has a particular interest in Microsoft 365 and a strong desire to learn more as well as a collaborative mindset striving to strengthen the team and support our mission
Experience in creating and deploying SharePoint apps web parts workflows and forms
Familiarity of retention policies sensitivity labels and other related security features
Data migrations into M365 tenant either tenanttotenant or from other platforms
Previous experience of working with other Microsoft applications such as Exchange Copilot and Teams
Experience of project management
Experience of LCM framework for M365 workspaces.
