Senior Design Manager

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in design, engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with managing design teams and coordinating between different disciplines to ensure design objectives are met.
Ability to develop integrated design strategies and implement projects in line with standards and requirements.
Knowledge of the latest design tools and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, AutoCAD, or Revit.
Skills in managing design schedules, cost estimation, and reporting.
Ability to provide innovative design solutions and develop strategic visions to meet project needs.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong leadership skills to direct and motivate design teams.
Organizational and planning skills to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and coordinate with different teams and stakeholders.
