Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for Power BI reports and dashboards
• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data effectively
• Manage and maintain data models in Power BI
• Optimize and finetune queries for improved performance
• Create and implement complex DAX calculations for business metrics
• Identify and troubleshoot data and report issues
• Support the integration of Power BI with other data sources
• Assist in training end users on Power BI functionality and best practices
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and capabilities
• Collaborate with the data engineering team for data pipeline requirements
• Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Document technical specifications and user guides
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI processes and techniques
• Adhere to best practices for data visualization and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• 06 months of experience working with Power BI
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex datasets
• Basic knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• Experience with ETL processes and data modeling
• Understanding of business intelligence and analytics concepts
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
