Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of our properties ensuring efficient and effective management maintenance and tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and a proven track record of successful operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the operations of all properties including maintenance leasing and tenant relations

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

Monitor property budgets and expenses and make recommendations for costsaving measures

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

Hire train and supervise property management staff including property managers maintenance technicians and administrative personnel

Foster positive relationships with tenants and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure quality services and competitive pricing

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for process improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business administration real estate or a related field

12 years of experience in property management with at least 2 years in an operations management role

Strong knowledge of property management software and financial reporting systems

Proven experience in budget management and cost control

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment

Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to property management
