If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team of Assessors and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent for organizations.
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Possess an excellent command of the English language and can articulate observations clearly and descriptively.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a talent for providing accurate evaluations.
- Understand how organizations operate and deliver value across various functional areas.
- Can conduct structured interviews and evaluate simulation exercises such as role plays and group discussions to gather valuable insights on candidates.
- Are skilled in evaluating competencies against welldefined standards and providing structured feedback to both candidates and stakeholders.
- Have a flexible schedule available from Monday to Saturday.
- Experience and exposure in conducting interviews is an advantage
