Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for LAP/Micro LAP products in the assigned region.
- Lead and motivate a sales team ensuring target achievement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Requirements:
- MBA with 48 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven experience in LAP/Micro LAP or similar products and team management.
- Strong DSA network management leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed.
