Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer with a strong background in litigation, contract management, and a commercial legal environment. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in handling both criminal and civil cases, working with government ministries, and managing contract-related matters, including reviewing, drafting, and redrafting.

Key Responsibilities:

Litigation:
• Represent clients in criminal and civil court cases, ensuring thorough preparation and strategic case management.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and develop case strategies.
• Engage in settlement negotiations, mediation, and arbitration when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

Contracts:
• Review, draft, and redraft various types of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and protecting the interests of the organization.
• Provide legal advice on contractual matters, including risk assessment and mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate contract terms and conditions.
• Ensure that all contracts align with the organizations commercial objectives and legal standards.
