Job Description
- Extensive experience as a Rig Superintendent in the oil and gas industry with the last 5 years as a Rig Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge and experience in 3000 hp deep drilling rig operations.
- Proficiency in High-Temperature High-Pressure (HTHP) drilling techniques and procedures.
- Familiarity with Kuwait's drilling regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using drilling software and technology.
- Valid certifications and licenses as required by regulatory bodies.
