Daily Responsibilities:

Craft compelling visual designs: Design eyecatching ads marketing materials and visual components that elevate the brand and drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Optimize ad performance: Leverage your expertise in ad design and optimization to create highperforming visuals that resonate with our target audience and deliver measurable results.

Bring designs to life with motion: Use your motion design skills to infuse our brand with dynamism and interactivity creating engaging animations and visual effects for our digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

Collaborate across teams: Partner with marketing product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of your designs into the overall experience.

Champion brand consistency: Contribute to the evolution of our brand identity and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

35 years of relevant work experience: Proven track record in visual design with a strong emphasis on ad design optimization and performance.

Expert in design and motion tools: Proficiency in Figma Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects) and other relevant design software.

Strong conceptual and problemsolving skills: Ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals and effectively address design challenges.

Exceptional portfolio: Showcase your best work in ad design visual communication and motion graphics demonstrating your creativity technical skills and ability to deliver impactful results.

Datadriven mindset: Experience using data and insights to inform design decisions and optimize ad performance.

Collaborative spirit: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Passion for motion: A strong desire to leverage motion design to elevate the brand and create engaging user experiences.

NonEssential Skills/Qualifications:

Experience in the telecommunications industry: Familiarity with the internet service provider landscape is a plus.
