We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering safe and effective anesthesia care.

Requirements

• Preoperative Assessment: Evaluate patients before surgery to assess their medical history physical condition and anesthesia needs. Discuss potential risks and benefits of anesthesia with patients and their families.
  
• Anesthesia Administration: Administer various types of anesthesia including general regional and local during surgical diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  
• Monitoring: Continuously monitor patients vital signs and physiological responses during procedures to ensure safety. Adjust anesthesia levels as necessary to maintain stable conditions.
  
• Postoperative Care: Oversee patients recovery from anesthesia manage any complications and ensure a smooth transition to postanesthesia care.
  
• Pain Management: Provide pain management services including epidurals nerve blocks and other pain control methods for both surgical and nonsurgical patients.
  
• Emergency Response: Quickly assess and manage any anesthesiarelated emergencies including airway management and resuscitation during and after procedures.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with surgeons nurses and other medical staff to plan and coordinate patient care during and after surgery.
  
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate medical records of anesthesia administration patient responses and any complications that arise.
  
• Compliance: Ensure that all anesthesia practices comply with hospital policies procedures and safety standards as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  
• Training and Education: Mentor and supervise junior medical staff nurses and technicians involved in anesthesia care. Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: MBBS with a specialization in Anesthesiology (MD/DNB) from a recognized institution.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience as an Anesthesiologist with a proven track record in administering anesthesia for various types of surgeries and procedures.
  
• Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in Rajasthan.
