Reports to: Senior Security Manager

Contract: Permanent FullTime

Hours: 40 per week Mon to Fri (08:00 17:00) out of hours calls & attendances may be required as per business requirements

Based: St Albans

Salary: 28000 To 30000 per annum.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Under the director of the Senior Security Manager your primary role will be carrying out site visits for technology systems checks ensuring the client has the expected security coverage utilising technology & or manned guard services in order to maintain the integrity & security of the client s sites & assets to the best of our ability & conduct CCTV & incident security investigations.

This position covers a large area with the office based in St Albans & the requirement to travel within the England area for client visits

ABOUT YOU

Candidates must have:

  • A valid frontline SIA licence
  • Minimum 3 years security management experience with a good understanding of CCTV systems investigations & operations is essential
  • Must have good working knowledge of Windows based systems (Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Outlook)
  • Able to create reports with clear & concise information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor company service delivery on client deployments
  • Investigate incidents to understand root cause
  • Advise clients of Areas of coverage & non coverage
  • Risk manages all aspects of our service delivery
  • Ensure key terms are upheld
  • Ensure service delivery is in line with company SLAs
  • Areas of noncoverage reporting & coverage plans
  • POC for the Monitoring Station for advice on out of hours incidents & potential attendances for serious incidents.

KEY DUTIES

  • Technology Post installation service visits & checks Quarterly Service visits daily site visits area of non cover reports
  • Ensure KPI s are in line with targets
  • Incident response for client site issues where required.
  • Full and reconfiguration surveys on deployable systems technologies.
  • Liaise with engineering re faults issues & reportable events.
  • Being commercially aware in regard to business opportunities.
  • Prompt Client resolution and Incident sign off
  • Explain technology system capabilities & limitations/ qualify client s expectations
  • Be commercially aware and bill for client led issues : Damaged products power incidents or multiple reconfigurations of deployed systems.
  • Multidept liaison managing fault visits system reconfigurations technology installation surveys.
