As a Scrum Master you will play a key role in facilitating the agile development process and ensuring that our teams deliver highquality products on time. Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate daily standup meetings sprint planning sprint review and sprint retrospective meetings
• Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles
• Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement within the team
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog
• Track and report on team velocity sprint progress and key performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of agile principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
