Position Description
As the Senior Accountant you are a key player within our organization reporting directly to the CEO. Responsible for driving the financial strategy forecasting budgeting companywide and providing valuable insights that will contribute to the overall success of the company. You will lead the annual budgeting process collaborating closely with department heads to align financial goals with broader company objectives and continually refining forecasting models to adapt to the dynamic nature of the tech startup landscape. Furthermore accountable for presenting comprehensive financial reports ensuring compliance with accounting standards and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the business. This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will be required to work in the office multiple days a week.

Compensation
Pani offers a competitive total rewards package which includes a comprehensive health & dental benefits and paid time off. The annualized base salary range for this Victoriabased role is CAD $75000 to $110000. The base salary offered to the successful candidate will consider a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individuals skill set level of experience applicable to the role they are being offered and consideration to internal equity. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and expertise.
