We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to oversee and enhance our human resources operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing HR strategies that align closely with our business goals. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of core HR functions including talent management employee relations performance management and ensuring legal compliance.
- Design and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives with a strong focus on people excellence and fostering a positive highperformance culture.
- Develop and manage training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills career growth and leadership development.
- Promote employee engagement and retention by implementing programs that motivate recognize and nurture talent across all levels.
- Serve as a key representative for employees addressing concerns resolving grievances and ensuring a supportive workplace environment.
- Oversee performance management systems that drive high performance including employee evaluations feedback processes and performance improvement plans.
- Develop and monitor HR policies systems and procedures across the organization ensuring alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
