Your Role:

• Manage Communication: Handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently assisting donors with their contributions to various nonprofits.

• Data Integrity: Accurately document all donor interactions in our database ensuring all followup actions are completed to maintain donor satisfaction.

We Value Your Experience:

• Proven Call Center Skills: With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in call center environments whether remote or onsite you are well prepared to meet the specific challenges of this role.

Technical Requirements:

• System Specs: A PC with Windows 10 or 11 equipped with a dualcore 2.8 GHz or better at least 4 GB of RAM and a stable hardwired internet connection.
  
• Headset Specifications: A corded USB headset with noise cancellation is required; Bluetooth and corded earbuds are not suitable for this position.
