Job Description

This is a remote position.

As a Go HighLevel Specialist you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM platforms with a focus on Go HighLevel (GHL) and Mailchimp. Your role will involve maintaining the integrity of customer data creating and executing targeted campaigns and ensuring that our CRM systems are effectively supporting our business objectives. You will work closely with our marketing sales and customer service teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daily management of CRM systems primarily Go HighLevel (GHL) ensuring they are configured and functioning optimally.

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns automated workflows and other customer engagement strategies using GHL and Mailchimp.

  • Maintain and update customer data within the CRM systems ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Generate reports on campaign performance customer behavior and CRM metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

  • Work closely with marketing sales and customer service teams to ensure CRM strategies align with overall business goals.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes identifying opportunities for automation and enhanced customer segmentation.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a CRM Specialist with specific expertise in Go HighLevel (GHL) and Mailchimp.

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems including setup management and optimization. Proficiency in GHL and Mailchimp is essential.

  • Ability to analyze CRM data and provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement and campaign performance.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing customer data and executing campaigns.

  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM systems.
