What you will be doing: Registered Nurse

• Care directly for participants in the clinic including support with clinic overflow.
• Perform day center triage and check vital signs.
• Conduct Point of Care (POC) testing.
• Manage and administer medications.
• Support with wound care and other clinical needs in accordance with RN scope of practice.
• Aid with all wound care including complex wounds IV hydration therapies and any additional procedures within RN scope of practice.
• Provide clinical support to Medical Assistants performing procedures in the clinic as needed.
• Educate and instruct participants and family members within RN scope of practice as directed by PCP on disease processes selfcare techniques and prevention strategies.
• Record patient care delivery as planned including any variation and document observations and implement nursing measures related to impending or associated problems.

Experience you will need: Registered Nurse

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population preferred.
• Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Reliable means of transportation.
