Scope of the Role:
We re looking for proactive and detailoriented Talent Acquisition and HR Interns with a focus on Technical Recruitment and HR Operations initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in both talent acquisition and HR Operations playing a key role in fostering a positive and dynamic workplace environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Source & Screen Candidates: Utilize Boolean queries and other advanced sourcing techniques for technical recruitment.
- Hiring Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the timely closure of job openings.
- Operational Support: Assist management in business development processes maintain and update documents manage and keep track of petty cash assist in payroll processing and follow up with the clients and candidates.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on recruitment market trends and provide valuable insights to enhance hiring strategies & business growth.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with both the internal talent acquisition team and with the hiring managers at client side.
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- TechSavvy: Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in a fastpaced environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customercentric mindset.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks and pivot quickly in response to changing priorities.
- Eagerness to Learn: A passion for HR technical recruitment and people operations with a strong desire to grow in these areas.
