Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles and will be responsible for designing and improving the user experience across our digital products. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research including surveys interviews and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping:
- Create wireframes storyboards user flows and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and flow of the user interface.
- UI Design:
- Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Maintain and expand the companys design system and style guides.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers and product managers to implement and refine UI designs.
- Present design concepts and user flows to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date with industry trends design tools and emerging technologies.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and data to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in graphic design Interaction Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles UI design and usercentered design processes.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like InVision Axure or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating highquality user experiences.
