Duties Performed/Major Responsibilities:
- Make an activity plan for Technical & Development Section.
- Ensure that the section has adequate resources.
- Monitor implementation of section planned activities and programs.
- Review and approve loss prevention and HSE polices standards instructions and programs.
- Review and approve HSE training & awareness program.
- Review and approve HSE data Safety KPI.
- Analyze data trend and recommend improvement action plan.
- Review clients prequalification requirements.
- Review and approved 3rd party contractor safety submittals.
- Ensure that policies standards instructions and programs are communicated to all stakeholders.
- Review and monitor reports of the section.
- Introduce continual improvement plan for Technical & Development Section.
- Submit relevant reports to CLPD Manager/Senior Manager.
- Stop work that poses danger to personnel and to company property.
- To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
- To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.
- To report damaged PPE unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.
- To keep the provided PPEs in good workable conditions.
- To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices equipment and welfare facilities.
- To report any accidents near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.
