ABOUT:

CloserStill Media is excited to offer the opportunity to kickstart a career in the events industry with our inaugural Sales Academy. With our proven track record of running entrylevel programs and nurturing new talent youll be in safe hands alongside the event industrys top commercial minds as you begin your exciting sales career.

Successful candidates entering our Sales Academy will embark on a 6month journey to develop and hone practical sales skills participate in extensive training and grow professionally. Youll benefit from a bespoke sales training plan delivered by a renowned commercial management consultancy and gain a deep understanding of the psychology of sales. Youll be placed within our telemarketing department where you can immediately put your training into practice by working on our exciting portfolio of awardwinning events.

At the end of the Academy provided you pass all the relevant assessments you will have the opportunity to step into one of our commercial teams as a sales associate selling stands and sponsorships. From there the sky is the limit. You will not find this kind of opportunity anywhere else in the events industry.

So if youve been curious about a career in sales but feel you lack the relevant experience or qualifications this is the opportunity for you. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking fearless and determined. We will teach you the rest!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

THE ROLE:

  • Participate in the bespoke training course and mentoring sessions.
  • Attract audience members to attend our portfolio of events using phones LinkedIn and personal emails.
  • Research and identify attendees using various platforms.
  • Schedule calls and meetings with prospective delegates.
  • Provide toplevel customer service throughout the delegate journey at events.
  • Utilize our CRM and maintain the quality of our visitor data.
  • Undergo regular assessments to gauge progress through the training.
