Job Description
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with electrical construction project management, including planning, implementation, and supervision.
Ability to manage and coordinate technical teams and contractors to ensure electrical projects are implemented with quality and according to the specified schedule.
Knowledge of safety practices and technical standards in electrical construction projects.
Skills in preparing and reviewing project schedules, estimating costs, and managing budgets.
Ability to solve technical problems and manage changes to electrical projects.
Personal Skills:
Strong leadership skills and the ability to direct and motivate work teams.
Organizational and planning skills to ensure successful project implementation.
Effective communication skills with all stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and integrated project implementation.
