Job Description

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of drainage and hydrology systems design and analysis, including design of drainage channels, dams, and flood control systems.
Ability to use advanced design and analysis tools such as HEC-RAS, SWMM, and AutoCAD.
Advanced knowledge of local and international specifications and standards related to hydrology and drainage.
Skills in developing models and analyzing hydrology data to ensure efficient and safe system design.
Ability to lead and direct technical teams in the development and implementation of design projects.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate efforts across teams.
Organizational and planning skills to ensure projects are implemented within specified timelines and budgets.
Effective communication skills with all stakeholders to clarify design requirements and provide technical recommendations.
