Job Description
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with quality assurance practices and procedures and verifying compliance of projects or products with standards and specifications.
Ability to develop and implement quality assurance strategies and systems.
Knowledge of local and international specifications and standards related to assurance and quality.
Skills in analyzing data and providing accurate reports on performance quality.
Ability to manage and monitor assurance processes and ensure that customer requirements are met.
Personal Skills:
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage work teams effectively.
Organizational and planning skills to ensure efficient implementation of assurance processes.
Effective communication skills with different teams and customers to ensure achievement of quality and assurance objectives.
