Job Description
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with designing and managing construction projects for tourist attractions such as parks and landmarks.
Good knowledge of construction practices and techniques for entertainment and leisure projects.
Ability to use project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Skills in estimating budgets and managing costs to ensure projects are executed within budget.
Knowledge of local and international specifications and standards related to construction safety and quality of work.
Personal Skills:
Strong leadership skills and managing work teams effectively.
Organizational and planning skills to ensure projects are executed within specified timelines.
Effective communication skills with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and objectives are achieved.
