Job Description

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with design of substations and power transmission systems.
In-depth knowledge of electrical components, transformers and power distribution systems.
Ability to use engineering design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP and PowerWorld.
Good understanding of local and international technical specifications and standards related to power stations and power transmission.
Ability to analyze and design power systems to ensure efficient and safe performance.
Interpersonal Skills:
Leadership skills and management of design teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Organizational and planning skills to ensure project requirements are met within specified timelines and budgets.
Effective communication skills with clients, contractors and technical teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
