Job Description
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a specialization in Road Engineering or Building Materials.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of design and implementation of paving and road works.
Familiarity with the types of materials used in paving and techniques for improving their performance.
Ability to assess and analyze the condition of existing paving and develop plans for maintenance and improvement.
Skills in using engineering design programs such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Knowledge of quality and safety standards related to paving works.
Personal Skills:
Strong organizational and planning skills to manage paving projects efficiently.
Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and communicate with contractors and government agencies.
Problem solving and decision making skills on site to ensure quality work.
