Job Description
Educational qualification: Master's or PhD degree in an academic discipline such as social sciences, economics, business administration, or any related field.
Technical skills:
High ability to design and implement academic and applied research and studies.
Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods and data analysis using specialized programs such as SPSS or STATA.
Ability to write high-level research reports and provide strategic recommendations based on the results.
Knowledge of reviewing scientific literature and applying academic theories in a practical context.
Personal skills:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
Ability to work independently and as part of a research team.
Excellent communication skills to clearly present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
