Tasks

• Production Oversight: Manage and optimize all production activities to meet output quality and efficiency targets.
• Maintenance Management: Coordinate the maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities to ensure minimal downtime.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HACCP ISO standards and safety regulations maintaining highquality production standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the production team including scheduling training and performance management.
• Inventory & Procurement: Oversee procurement and inventory management of spare parts and consumables ensuring costeffective operations.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Crisis & Safety Management: Manage emergency situations and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management and headquarters.

Requirements

• 5 years in a production management role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Background in electromechanics or facility maintenance is highly desirable.
• Preferred: Higher Vocational Training in Electrotechnical/Automated Systems or Industrial Equipment Maintenance. Alternatively Intermediate Vocational Training in related fields with significant experience.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and process optimization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
• Valid forklift driving license and experience.
• Proficient in English (minimum B1 level) for effective communication with international teams.
