Job Description

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to proactively identify, engage, and attract top talent for both current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and the NEOM business leaders to understand talent requirements and define sourcing priorities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sourcing trends, talent pools, target organizations and emerging sourcing channels.
