You will be responsible for ensuring that the guest experience from arrival to departure is seamless in accordance with all policies and procedures set.

Main requirements:

• Grade 12 plus diploma/certificate in Hospitality Industry/Tourism
• Preferably 2 3 years previous experience working at the front desk in a 5* establishment
• Passionate about the hospitality industry
• Able to carry out and complete all duties responsible for a Guest Relations Officer and Night Auditor
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religions
• Able to deal with very distinguished clientele
• Flexible to work night shift
• Protel experience

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the highest standards are kept in guest service cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Monitors Guest Relations employees to make sure all guests receive prompt and personal recognition
• Oversee all Guest Relations processes
• Assist in employee relations processes
• Attend morning meetings
• Able to compile the roster roster management
• Set up and create training for all new recruited Guest Relations Officers
• Ensure that all guest queries are taken and processed in a speedy and efficient manner
• Ensures that all Guest Relations Officers adhere to the established policies and procedures of the estate
• Ensure attention to detail in all tasks given
• Ensure all Guest Relations Officers are trained on all aspects
