Job Description

This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran Saudi Arabia.

About the Company

The Upstream segment includes crude oil natural gas and natural gas liquids exploration field development and production. Job Summary

Responsible under the general direction of the Planning & Performance Management (P&PM) Coordinator for general analytical findings and recommendations across the scope of objectives and deliverables of the P&PM organization either independently or in collaboration with others. Supervision and guidance are generally limited to outlines of overall objectives of assigned tasks updates of work in progress and approval of the incumbents findings and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead coordinate and execute routine planning and performance management tasks at the Admin Area level including weekly highlights monthly reporting quarterly business reviews accountability reporting KPI reporting and business plan development.
  • Assume the role of risk coordinator for the Admin Area.
  • Represent the Admin Area on crossfunctional initiatives related to planning and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the major deliverables of the Admin Area through handson involvement in these activities.
  • Provide oversight on the Admin Areas administrative costs.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to relocate to Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related discipline.
  • 57 years of related experience preferably at GC (Grade Level) 1214.
  • Ability to produce reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Proficiency in working effectively within a multicultural and multidisciplinary team as well as in crossfunctional settings.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in developing spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Enthusiasm to develop knowledge and skills related to Treasury functions.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
