Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative intern to join our team. As a Customer Support & Communication Intern you will be the frontline contact for our users responsible for managing chats on social media WhatsApp and our customer support panel. You will also coordinate and schedule sessions between customers and consultants ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries through social media WhatsApp and the customer support panel.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and consultants coordinating and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide empathetic and effective communication to customers dealing with sensitive issues.
  • Ensure timely followups and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and scheduling.
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and customer support tools.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
