ServiceNow Developer

• Lead the design development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITOM.
  
• Utilize indepth knowledge of ITOM including Discovery Service Mapping and Event Management to enhance the organizations IT operations.
  
• Develop configure and maintain ServiceNow modules ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  
• Work closely with IT teams business stakeholders and other developers to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  
• Implement best practices for ServiceNow development ensuring code quality scalability and security.
  
• Diagnose and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform providing timely support and updates.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ITOM space and other related areas.
  
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all ServiceNow developments and configurations.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a strong focus on ITOM.
  
• Proven expertise in ITOM particularly in Discovery Service Mapping and Event Management.
  
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM) preferred.
  
• Proficient in JavaScript Glide and other relevant programming languages.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
