Job Description
We are looking for an experienced proactive and competent Principal Designer to join our fastgrowing Health and Safety Consultancy team.
With a strong emphasis on client relationships and high levels of quality our team works across a variety of projects including planned maintenance responsive repairs and development in the Housing Education NHS and leisure sectors.
As a Senior Principal Designer you will provide support and advice to multidisciplinary design teams and clients during the design and preconstruction stages of projects. You will ensure their compliance with their statutory duties under CDM Regulations 2015.
You will collaborate with other design disciplines to plan manage and coordinate health and safety during the preconstruction stage. A key component of the role will be sharing CDM knowledge across all professions develop and deliver core CDM Documentation and manage all aspects of the Principal Designer role as defined with the CDM 2015 Regulations.

Proven experience as a Principal Designer
Residential Housing Association experience (desirable)
