Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Solutions Engineer to support our Sales Project Product and R&D teams. In this role you will lead technical discussions with online retailers and brands helping them to expand their crossborder business with our client. You will be the bridge between clients and technology ensuring a seamless integration and ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technology and integration discussions with clients both inperson and remotely.
- Explain technical features of our clients platform and resolve any potential roadblocks.
- Act as a technical focal point demonstrating and prototyping integrations in client environments.
- Provide ongoing education and technical assistance to partners and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback is integrated into product development.
- Develop and recommend integration strategies to optimise platform effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in our clients systems and the broader Cloud/IT technology space.
Requirements
- Ideally 3 years experience in solution design or integration preferably in a SaaS environment with direct client interaction.
- Strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with RESTful services APIs and relational databases (SQL) is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in eCommerce logistics operations or payments is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
