Part Time Will Writer

TPF Recruitment Kent s leading accountancy practice recruitment agency are supporting a fantastic firm of chartered accountants in Tunbridge wells in their search for a Will Writer to join their team on a part time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the private client tax team where you will be offered lots of autonomy.

• Independently managing your own workload.
  
• Taking initial instructions from clients.
  
• Preparing and advising on Wills of various complexities drafting powers of attorney and other estate planning documentation ensuring all documents are legally accurate and professionally written.
  
• Providing highquality timely and professional advice.
  
• Corresponding with executors trustees beneficiaries and other professionals.
  
• Attending clients in their own environments as required.
  
• Referring complex trust inquiries IHT advice etc. to the partner.
  
• Maintaining accurate and organized client files and documentation on the company s computer system.
  
• Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition ensuring a positive client experience especially when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated.
  

Requirements

• Prior experience working within a legal or accountancy practice with experience in drafting wills and advising clients on estate planning matters.
  
• Professional proactive approach with strong client care skills and a sensitive sympathetic understanding of clients needs.
  
• Confident IT skills.
  
• High attention to detail.
  
• Own transport is a must.
  
• STEP qualification or a Will writing/estate planning qualification is preferable.
