Job Description
Name of position:
Location: Fairfax VA
job description
Assist in the configuration and deployment of various network devices and services (e.g. routers and switches)
Address field replacements (UPS batteries power supplies patching etc.) and other network service tickets
Assist in network maintenance and system upgrades
Provide Level1 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
Liaise with other IT personnel for problem resolution
CCNA or related IT experence is preferred
Good understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
