1. Full Set of Accounts Management:
- Oversee and manage the complete accounting process including general ledger accounts receivable accounts payable and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze financial reports providing insights to management for decisionmaking.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets forecasts and financial plans.
- Conduct variance analysis to monitor financial performance and suggest corrective actions.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts building and maintaining strong longlasting relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Monitor client satisfaction and work to resolve any issues promptly.
4. Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional services to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business leads and convert them into longterm clients.
5. Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Provide financial insights and support to other departments as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documents and liaise with external auditors.
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and manage financial risks implementing controls to mitigate them.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and practices
Requirements
A bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in accounting or a related field.
Proven ability to handle a full set of accounts independently.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP or similar).
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
